Post-Doctoral Fellows

 

	Yu received his PhD from the department of biostatistics at University of Pennsylvania. His interest is in developing statistical methods and algorithms for transcriptomic studies (gene expression, isoform expression and alternative splicing) using RNA-seq data.
	Yafei received his Ph.D. in Bioinformatics and Genomics from Penn State University. His research focuses on methods development for genomic data integration, quality control and network analysis.
	Jingshu Wang is from China and got her Ph.D. in statistics from Stanford. In her spare time, she loves to dance, cook and share her chocolate with the rest of the lab members!

Visiting Scholars

	I am an Associate Professor in the department of Data Science and Informatics at Nankai University in China. In 2017-2018, I worked with Professor Mingyao Li. My research focuses on bioinformatics and single cell RNA-seq analysis.
	I worked with Professor Li as a visiting student in 2018. I’m interested in statistical computing, high-dimensional variable selection, and analysis of single-cell transcriptomic data.
